The Associate Director – Business Development is responsible for originating and driving sustainable revenue growth across key markets, positioning Mauritius as Hawksford’s preferred hub for African inbound and outbound investment. The role focuses on converting cross-border opportunity into executable, risk-aligned and profitable mandates across funds, corporate and private client services.

Key Responsibilities Position Mauritius as the gateway jurisdiction for African private capital, fund structures, holding platforms and family office vehicles. Lead Southern Africa key market activity (anchored in South Africa). Act as the commercial bridge between Africa-linked opportunity and Hawksford’s global capabilities.
