The role is responsible for developing and automating test cases. They understand the internal workings of the software/product being tested. The incumbents have good programming skills and debug the code if required.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesThey often write test scripts using scripting languages to automate test scenarios for checking the functionality and performance of the code.
