Job Description
To accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise. This strategic role will drive execution of the Group AI strategy, shape employee-focused AI initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and champion adoption through influencer networks and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Group AI Strategy & Playbook with OpCos and stakeholders
- Lead the AI for Employee initiative: portfolio prioritisation, roadmap input, and change management
- Drive external partnerships with AI-native companies and ecosystem players
- Build and engage the AI Influencer Network to boost adoption
- Curate AI communications (weekly digest, success stories, external trends)
- Identify and improve processes to accelerate AI delivery and adoption
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
