Job Description
This role provides leadership for the delivery of all technical services within Advancement and External Affairs, supporting 200 divisional staff. This position has direct supervisory responsibility for technical services staff, including Computer Consultant positions and/or student workers including hiring, performance management, professional development, and day-to-day guidance. In addition to leading end-user support operations, the position oversees the division's hardware lifecycle program, encompassing procurement, build, deployment, and replacement planning for all endpoints and mobile devices, as well as the enterprise server and infrastructure environment, including on-premises server administration, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
