Job Description
Associate Design Engineer
Design Engineer for our New Innovation Center in Nuevo Leon. Work with cross‑functional teams to support product engineering projects within a structured design/development process. Design work supports continuous improvement and cost reduction plans to improve business health.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product engineers to develop design specifications and drawings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support design engineering on assigned projects.
- Support teams in problem solving and failure analysis.
- Support team to ensure robust designs are delivered.
- Actively participate in Design Reviews / DFM / DFA for new products.
- Continuously improve processes, skills, team environment and tools necessary to achieve FBIN product leadership strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
