Job Overview

Provide foundational and intermediate-level data management expertise to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team. Support the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient data management outputs that meet internal and external customer requirements. May also contribute to team leadership activities under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for:One protocol with a small team (fewer than 5 operations staff, excluding Data Entry), or15+ low to moderately complex central laboratory studies
  • Act as a subject matter contributor in specific data management functions (e.g., clinical coding, database testing, database design) under guidance
  • Provide backup support to the Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) or Data Team Lead (DTL)
