Job Summary:
- Proactive Tactical Service Support
- Quoting (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability, no bids)
- Order Entry & maintenance (Reschedule & cancellation)
- Delivery improvement, shipment follow up and shipment tracking.
- Daily interface with customers (Phone, fax, email, Customer WEB)
- Part # cross references maintenance
- Manage customer requirement to meet Global OTD target.
- Device activity requests (status change)
- RMR processing
- Maintain customer profiles.
- Proactive Customer Relationship Management
- First point of contact for sales & customers
- Primary supply chain interface to sales & customers
- Customer business issues
- Customer visits, meetings, conference calls ...
