About the Role
MWD Creative Agency is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the creative direction behind our most impactful brand experiences, from concept to execution. You will shape the strategic and creative foundation of experiential campaigns, guiding multidisciplinary Teams to deliver work that is culturally relevant, globally resonant, and visually exceptional. You will partner closely with leadership and clients to develop creative ideas and strategic concepts for leading beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of creative concepts for large-scale experiential campaigns, brand activations, and content-driven moments
- Define and articulate the overarching creative vision, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution
