We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) — a writer who grew into directing and now owns what DigiCrackers says and how well it says it.
This is not a content writer role. This is not a coordinator role. This is not a senior designer or video editor role — we have those seats, and this isn’t one. This seat is for someone who came up through copy and developed taste across everything else.
One thing to be clear about: in bigger agencies, this seat comes in pairs — ACD (Copy) and ACD (Art). Here, there is no pair. You direct both sides;
