Role Overview
Partnering with colleagues in Product, Finance, Legal and the country businesses, you will manage the full M&A lifecycle from market mapping and financial modeling through diligence, signing and the first -day integration plan. You will refine investment theses on prop-tech adjacencies, prepare materials for the Investment Committee, and help portfolio leadership realize synergies post-close.
