Associate Coordinator – Donor Management

& Build and nurture strong relationships with donors and partners. Manage end-to-end grant applications and ensure compliance. & Create high-quality proposals, progress and impact reports. & Coordinate fundraising events, CSR partnerships and resource mobilisation. & Ensure adherence to FCRA, CSR and other statutory requirements and maintain accurate records. Represent the organization, facilitate corporate volunteering and support donor communications. Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field. 3 years of experience in donor management, fundraising, CSR partnership/resource mobilisation (NGO sector) and working with Corporates. & Strong written & verbal communication skills with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities .Expertise in proposal writing, donor reporting and CSR, FCRA & other NGO compliance frameworks .
