Associate Coordinator – Donor Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with donors and partners.
𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓
Manage end-to-end grant applications and ensure compliance.
𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 & 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆
Create high-quality proposals, progress and impact reports.
𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 & 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
Coordinate fundraising events, CSR partnerships and resource mobilisation.
𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 & 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
Ensure adherence to FCRA, CSR and other statutory requirements and maintain accurate records.
𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
Represent the organization, facilitate corporate volunteering and support donor communications.

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in donor management, fundraising, CSR partnership/resource mobilisation (NGO sector) and working with Corporates.
