• Oversee all driver‑related communications, including drafting and setting up content across various available channels. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring overall communication rollouts.
• Supervise the creative team in designing and producing content and posters for announcements and communications targeting ShopeeFood drivers.
• Manage learning and development initiatives for drivers, such as onboarding and educational materials, and publish driver‑related FAQs.
