Overview
The Norton Rose Fulbright real estate team is a leader in the Calgary market, working with top real estate developers while operating as part of Norton Rose Fulbright’s extensive domestic and international network of real estate experts. Our Calgary office is currently seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join this group.
Responsibilities
- Taking a lead role and working with clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, financing documents and a wide range of other documents.
- Working with partners and other practice groups as part of the team on complex real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years’ experience gained within a reputable practice with significant exposure to a range of commercial real estate matters.
- Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills.
