Client Operations Role Overview
The Client Operations team provides support for our business intelligence tool, engaging in investigative conversations and driving product usage and revenue across the U.S., Philippines, and Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the organization for our global client base, answering queries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Advocate for clients by showcasing deep knowledge of tools, data, and covered industries.
- Provide support to top financial institutions, solving issues they cannot resolve independently.
- Offer suggestions on product usability, presentation, and data quality.
- Collaborate with product teams to test products, focusing on the client experience.
- Exercise independent judgment during user acceptance testing, developing test plans and evaluating results.
