Job Description

Associate, Client Success Team – working on cross‑product onboarding in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Member of a global Client Success Team responsible for onboarding clients primarily from APAC into all RBC locations.
• Manage client lifecycle projects across regional functional teams (KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Docs, Risk) to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for the client and Sales.
• Facilitate and report on onboarding progress to business stakeholders, providing transparency and improved client service. Escalate as required.
• Proactively identify operational risk/control deficiencies and risk loss events in the business.
• Maintain desktop procedures, updating them annually or when processes change. Ensure compliance with Firm Policies such as Global client onboarding procedures, KYC/AML, etc.
