THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Client Finance Associate to support the financial foundation of our client work. You will focus on keeping our systems, project data, and financial operations accurate so the business can rely on the numbers. This is a role for someone who is organized, curious, and ready to get sh*t done.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain accurate project financial data across Salesforce, DEPTApps, and Anaplan
- Support billing, project setup, WIP tracking, and month‑end close activities
- Ensure contracts and SOWs are properly stored and accessible for project setup
- Support forecasting inputs and financial reporting preparation
- Identify and elevate data discrepancies or inconsistencies to Managers

- 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
