+ Develops and documents technical design specifications to meet business needs identified through application requirements, user stories, support tickets, and test defects.
+ Builds software enhancements through configuration and/or development to meet desired functionalities.
+ Performs unit testing on application enhancements prior to moving coding and configuration through the quality assurance process.
