Job Description
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Arrangement (once a month onsite)
Office: One Ayala, Makati City
What you’ll be doing:
- Will directly communicate with the client via email and call.
- Perform bookkeeping (bank reconciliation) and payroll processing using Xero.
- Perform EOM closing and management reporting.
- Perform clean up catch up of client accounts.
- Prepare activity statements and lodgments of payroll tax and Workcover.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
What will make you a great fit:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Minimum 2 years of Australian bookkeeping/compliance experience
- Experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and compliance (BAS/IAS/Payroll tax, etc.)
