- Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 warehouse staff during the assigned shift.
- Allocate daily tasks and coordinate manpower to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Oversee inbound activities, including receiving, sorting, storage, and put-away of goods.
- Manage outbound operations such as picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory movements and process transactions accurately using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment status updates while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Monitor team productivity and operational KPIs, preparing daily shift reports for management.
- Enforce workplace safety, 5S practices, and compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
