Become a vital part of the women’s soccer program as an Assistant Coach focused on NCAA Division II success. Drive player development, recruiting, and practice planning in this dynamic role.
Support the Head Coach with various tasks within the women's soccer program. Responsibilities include conducting skill development workouts, preparing for games, and assisting with scouting reports. You will also monitor academic success, coordinate team travel, and help with fundraising initiatives, all while embodying the institution’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily program operations and practice planning
• Conduct individual and group skill development workouts
• Support recruiting efforts per NCAA Division II regulations
• Encourage academic success and personal growth of student-athletes
