Group-specific Assistant – Vantaa Campus

Kiipula Vocational College’s Vantaa campus offers basic degrees in horticulture and property maintenance. The assistant works with teachers and job coaches to support students with special support needs during learning activities in face‑to‑face, remote, and on‑the‑job settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist students during learning situations in face‑to‑face teaching, remote learning, and on‑the‑job training.
• Collaborate with teachers and job coaches and cooperate with students’ networks.
• Adapt support to each student’s individual needs within a special‑needs environment.

Qualifications

• Suitable education such as a guidance counselor for students, practical nurse, or similar.
• Relevant training and work experience for students in basic degree programmes.
