Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function, with a primary focus on coordinating recruitment activities and building, managing, and maintaining a sustainable candidate pipeline for high-volume Assembler hiring. Ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process by delivering exceptional candidate experience, conducting due diligence, maintaining accurate records and tracking, and supporting seamless hiring operations.
