Responsibilities

• Follow the maintenance schedule provided by the Line Manager and inspect equipment such as cameras, DVR, NVR, gate barriers, access control systems, and turnstiles.
• Maintain and clean the above equipment in accordance with the PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) procedures.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and all safety and site‑related requirements.
• Respond to technical assistance requests and telephone calls; attend to faulty equipment, including conduits, cabling, and terminations.
• Assist the line manager during corrective maintenance by coordinating schedules and scopes, ensuring faults are rectified within the allotted time and within the WS scope.
• Coordinate communication with the line manager, peers, and subordinates; provide written information to supervisors and co‑workers.
