Job Description Report to designated Supervisor/Works Manager and work within a Supervisory Team with the ability to organise, coordinate, and supervise a range of generic frontline operational staff, in the delivery of services within a Roads maintenance, winter maintenance, traffic management and other emergencies. Key aspects of the role include: β’ Ability to make best use of available resources and prioritise accordingly delivering best value. β’ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers in professional manner, demonstrating a particular focus on good βCustomer Careβ. β’ Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Health & Safety, Traffic Management and CDM regulations and guidance that govern statutory undertaking of works on the road network. β’ To effectively monitor the performance of frontline operational staff and resolve violations in relation to quality and breaches of Service Level Agreements.
