**Job Title:** Assistant Supervisor
**Location: Mechanicsburg, PA**
**Pay Range:$ 24.68/hr**
**Shift:** 2nd Shift - Mon- Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to join their team. As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**What's the Job?**
+ Backup for multiple department positions; Supervisor, Quality Inspector and Line Lead.
+ Ability to read and understand Bill of Materials, Manufacturing Instructions, and SOPs
+ Coordinate packaging activities to ensure production and quality of products meet company standards.
