Assistant Supervisor

This role assists with support, supervision, and monitoring of operations schedules, coordination of work activities, resources, and equipment, identification of efficiency improvements, problem solving, conflict resolution, emergency handling, attendance reporting, staff recruitment and training, and other duties as directed.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise, and monitor operations schedules.
• Coordinate, schedule, and organize work activities, resources, and equipment.

• Resolve operations issues, conflicts, and emergencies.
• Report attendance and track target achievement.
