Essential Skills
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
+ 3+ years of field experience in commercial construction.
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, including coordination with other trades.
+ Experience in construction supervision on commercial projects.
+ Proficiency in construction management practices, including field coordination and quality control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in K–12 or institutional construction environments.
+ Experience in commercial HVAC and mechanical installation oversight.
+ Familiarity with construction logistics planning for equipment deliveries and material staging.
