• Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention.
• Liaise with brand team to ensure the correct products are available in your store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and retail procedures.

Team Leadership

• Train and develop store team.
• Lead by example, creating a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
• Set clear sales expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales and service targets.

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience.
• Act as a product expert on baby apparel, strollers, car seats, and related accessories.
