Become an integral part of our Spa Team in this management role, where you will embody the standards of Relais & Châteaux and Forbes at the Ancient Cedars Spa. Your leadership will help maintain a culture of excellence and collaborative learning among team members. With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will oversee operations, assist in HR tasks, and ensure the cleanliness of the spa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized guest service exceeding elite standards
• Support Spa Manager and lead the spa team effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and physical condition of spa facilities
• Oversee HR tasks such as scheduling and performance reviews
• Assist in retail program management and staff training
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in luxury spa
