Assistant Site Manager - New Build

💵 £55k + car allowance + fuel card + 15% bonus

Role
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a bespoke, privately owned developer on their flagship residential scheme in Eddington, Cambridge.
The development consists of 160 units across a mix of houses and low-rise apartment blocks. With the structures now completed on the first phase, the project has moved into the internal fit-out stage, and we are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of the internal works package through to completion.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the project, assisting with subcontractor coordination, quality inspections, programme management, and health & safety to ensure the development is delivered to the ...
