Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and technicallyskilled Assistant Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware equipments. The role involves field service, customer support, and technical assistance to ensure smooth functioning of equipment.
Job Description- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware/software at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Support senior engineers in service calls, repairs, and customer training.
- Document all service activities, including service reports and technical issues.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Maintain tools, parts, and inventory.
- Coordinate with Operations teams for timely service delivery.
- Follow safety and operational procedures during all field activities.
