Qualifications

• Bachelo's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural, seed industry.
• Experience in supervising or leading a sales team is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
