Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager in overseeing the retail dining services operations.
- Assist in training and managing retail staff.
- Participate in hiring, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of retail staff.
- Supervise and coordinate all retail sales activities in all operations.
- Participate in the selection of appropriate vendors.
- Assist in making retail food and supplies purchases, and control inventory in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the retail menu, including costing and pricing.
- Assist in estimating and forecasting food consumption.
- Monitor production volumes and adjust future production as needed.
- Assist in maintaining budgetary controls.
- Maintain established food presentation standards.
- Ensure that all retail equipment works and is maintained properly.
