Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure employee discipline, training and enforce house rules, including staff grooming and appearance.
- Check reservation book and the entertainment schedule. To check on customer requests, special or VIP arrangements to be accommodated.
- Inspect all service stations and table set‑ups. To check and control the lighting systems and consistently monitor the audio systems in accordance to the volume of guests.
- Consistently monitor the cleanliness of all areas and apply and ensure the procedures and regulations concerning hygiene and safety.
- To monitor and control service station assignments.
- Assist in scheduling, record keeping, and initiating reports, requisition and maintenance orders.
- Assist in managing operational inventory.
- Make sure that all rules concerning ordering and billing are respected. To coordinate and control the activity of cashiering.
