+ Maintain sales & complaint records; report to Restaurant Manager
+ Control supplies & par stock
+ Set side duties & follow up with team
+ Support staff scheduling & emergency coverage
+ Assist cost control & achieve sales targets
+ Oversee event setup & coordinate with other departments
+ Monitor service flow & daily operations (SOP & safety compliance)
