**About the Role**
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are an important part of the team at Fýri Resort. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you help ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and that our guests feel genuinely welcome.
The role combines daily operations, team leadership, and guest contact. You will be present on the floor, support your colleagues, and contribute to a calm, well-functioning service in a unique mountain setting.

- Ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience
- Lead and support the team, including onboarding and training new colleagues
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception to maintain a natural flow of service
