Cobb & Co Dunedin at the Dunedin Railway Station is seeking a Restaurant & Functions Superstar. This team member will be required to take control of the day-to-day management and develop the functions side of the business.
Job Description
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth, effective operation of the restaurant . Lead and support front-of-house (FoH) staff during service to maximise sales volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Shift Management : Take full charge of the restaurant during night shifts in the absence of the Restaurant Manager . Conduct daily shift briefings, plan FoH staffing levels to achieve wage KPIs, manage day-to-day labour hours, and oversee the table reservation and seating plans .
