Duties and Responsibilities


The appointee will play a key role in a large‑scale project promoting mental health and well‑being in Hong Kong primary schools, under the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences. He/She will provide executive, administrative, and logistical support to ensure smooth operation and high‑quality delivery in line with the project’s objectives, timelines, and funder requirements, with major tasks including:

  • Monitor research project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely, professional implementation.

  • Serve as secretary and liaison person in major meetings, including research and administrative meetings.

  • Prepare academic and non‑academic reports.

  • Manage research project budget and resources.

  • Organize and support public education, dissemination, and engagement activities.
