The Role Â
We are looking for an Assistant Regional Manager to support our Regional Management team with the day-to-day operations of our Active Adult 55+ communities. The ideal candidate has extensive Operations experience and strong knowledge of Sparrowâs internal processes.  This role will assist with coaching, training, Yardi support and preparation for Capital Partner calls. Reporting to a member of the RM team, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community and play an influential role in the success of our on-site teams. Â
