Achieve category-wise Sales targets for his/her respective territory/region Franchise Management- Manage the current store network in the region and identify opportunity for network expansion Implement Store led BTL activities to drive footfalls Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions Retaining the existing or new customers and create a culture of Customer First Approach across region/territory Maintain and monitor store inventory and achieve annual stock-turn targets Coordinating with inter departmental personnel Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo, POS etc Solve customer complaints grievances Implements SOPs, company policies and VM guidelines at stores PL, budgeting maintain ideal stock norms at stores Spearhead Train the Trainer program and ensure each store executive attends training modules Coordinate with projects team during the fit-outs of new store...
