About the role
We’re looking for an Assistant Quarry Manager to join our team at Fernhill Quarry. This is a hands‑on role with real variety. You’ll support the Quarry Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the site while also staying close to the action on the ground. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and supervise from a distance. You’ll help keep the quarry running smoothly, step in on machinery when needed, cover breaks, support the crew, and help make sure safety, production, and quality standards are met. It’s Good Work with high expectations, low ego, and plenty of room to grow.
