Job Description

• Provide support activities required to maintain the systems’ Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as: Security Monitoring/Tracking
• Sites Support
• Software and Vulnerability Patching
• Review and Implementation of Change Requests
• Support Procurement Activities
• Obsolescence Management
• Audit
• Monthly review of accounts and server log activities
• Submission of security clearance for vendors
• Scheduled and ad hoc system maintenance
• Technology Refresh and Migrations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Government projects experience
• IM8 – know about VAPT etc. Vulnerabilities remediation,waiver etc. Risks etc. Cyber Knowledge
• On prem cloud knowledge
• PM knowledge or lead the team
