Assistant Project Manager – Walnut Creek, CA

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects in the Walnut Creek area. This position will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Support subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement activities.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules and tracking key milestones.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field teams.
