This role requires a strong understanding of contract plans and specifications, field operations, project scheduling, cost forecasting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a few construction projects under their belt, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring compliance at the site, and driving operational excellence with the team.
