Job Description
We are currently searching for an up and coming Assistant Project Manager with experience in new construction, primarily with exterior wall and/or facades, prefabricated assemblies, stucco and glass/metal panels. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years experience working with General Contractors with projects ranging in size.

- Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, from initial planning to closeout.
- Coordinate the submittal process, reviewing drawings and documents to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare and update project schedules, collaborating with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Help manage project budgets, tracking costs and expenditures, and preparing financial reports.
