Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Collate and maintain tracking schedules to ensure the Façade Works teams’ timely responses to the Main Contractor’s and Lead Consultant’s submissions & review process for shop drawings, RFI’s, material submissions, method statements, ITP’s, lifting plans, QA and Safety Plans and the like.
- Co-ordinate amongst team members to ensure all interfaces, including the above documentation, are managed in a timely manner.
- Track design changes both internally with our consultants and externally with the Main Contractor and specialist contractors.
- Track changes to the project that have been generated through the design and construction process.
- Assist in identifying early warnings and risks to the project, particularly those that attract cost and time implications.
