This person would assist the Commercial Construction Department Project Managers and Vice President with all phases of commercial projects.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, review for compliance, and process Submittals
+ Receive, review, and write Request for Information (RFI)
+ Manage and distribute Project Drawings (Bulletin Updates, etc.)
+ Attend construction meetings, i.e., Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC), Subcontractor coordination, etc.
+ Record, write, and distribute meeting minutes
+ Perform or assist Site Superintendent with Safety Orientations, Training, and Tracking
+ Assist Project Manager and/or Site Superintendent, support with daily construction activities, including drawing coordination, sub coordination, site walks, and quality control. Understand means & methods of construction activities.
