Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support day‑to‑day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and isolation, and real-time solution implementation.
- Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost, by working with Tool Owners, Tool Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed production targets.
- Provide cross‑functional, cross‑department and cross‑fabric support & coverage based on need & priority.
- Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with new colleagues.
- Graduate in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen desire to learn.
