JOB DESCRIPTION

As a key member of STMicroelectronics’ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team, you will help create the best new hire experience, fully renew our talent acquisition process, and manage vendor collaboration from end to end.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct real‑time problem analysis for equipment alarms/failures, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, defect failure, and FDC failure; determine solutions through liaison with all parties and by studying past cases.
• Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures and introduce user‑friendly tools, process specifications, clear procedures, and TPM.
• Report all basic inline investigations to relevant owners in real time with full details.
• Respond to lots on hold, disposition lots in real time, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
• Set up preventive actions/solutions and maintain a robust system to ensure good quality.
